Plain-language terms for using Toolkit. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance

Toolkit (the “Site”) provides free, browser-based utilities at toolkitapp.xyz. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. The tools are provided “as is”

The tools are offered free of charge, for your convenience, without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. You use them at your own risk and are responsible for checking that any output meets your needs before relying on it.

3. Your files & data

Almost every tool runs entirely in your browser and does not upload your files (see the Privacy Policy). You are solely responsible for the content you process and for keeping your own backups. The one-time-link tool stores only the encrypted data you choose to send and deletes it after a single view or on expiry. Don't use it — or any tool — for unlawful content.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or to disrupt, overload, abusively scrape, or attempt to compromise the Site or its infrastructure. Don't misrepresent the Site as your own or strip out notices.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolkit and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage (including lost data, profits, or business) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools.

6. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services including Google AdSense and Google Analytics (subject to Google's policies), Vercel for hosting, and Upstash for the one-time-link store. Their roles are described in the Privacy Policy. The Site may link to third-party sites whose content we don't control.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's name, design, and original code belong to their respective owner. The open-source libraries used by the tools remain under their own licenses.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or the tools at any time as the Site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
