Toolkit is an independent project, and a real person reads every message. Whether something's broken, missing or confusing — or you just want to say a tool saved your afternoon — we'd genuinely like to hear it.
What to write about
Something's broken. Bug reports are gold. The most useful ones mention three things: which tool, which browser and device (e.g. “Chrome on Windows 11”, “Safari on iPhone”), and what you did right before it went wrong. A screenshot of any error message helps too.
A tool you wish existed. Most of Toolkit's tools were built because somebody needed them. If there's a converter, calculator or utility you keep searching for, tell us — the best ideas are things you'd actually use next week, not someday.
A question about privacy. Every tool page describes exactly how it works under “How it's built & why it's safe,” and the Privacy Policy covers the site as a whole. If anything is still unclear, ask — straight answers only.
Business & advertising. Enquiries about the site itself are welcome at the same address.

Replies usually take a day or two — this is a small independent site, not a support department.
One thing we can't help with
Recovering a file. It's the flip side of the site's whole design: your images, documents and audio are processed on your device and never reach a server, so there is no copy anywhere to restore. If a download went missing, re-running the tool on the original file takes seconds — and if the original is gone, we truly never had it. See why Toolkit runs entirely in your browser for the full picture.
